Save and Import to RefWorks - PEDro
Instruction for importing PEDro search results into RefWorks:
- Perform a search in PEDro
- Select the relevant records
- Click on Display selected records
- Click on Save results. The selected references are downloaded as a .ris file.
- Login at RefWorks
- Go to Add > Import references
- Select and open the saved RIS file
- Select the RIS format and click on Import

PEDro is a free database of over 38,000 randomised trials, systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines in physiotherapy. For each trial, review or guideline, PEDro provides the citation details, the abstract and a link to the full text, where possible.
Save and Import to RefWorks Legacy - PEDro
Instruction for importing PEDro search results into RefWorks Legacy:
- Perform a search in PEDro
- Select the relevant records
- Click on Display selected records
- Select and copy the full text of the selected records displayed on the screen.
- Login to RefWorks Legacy.
- In the “References” menu select the option “Import”
- Select PEDro in the “Import Filter / Data Source” box.
- Paste the copied records into the “Import Data from the following Text” box.
- Import your search results by clicking on "Import".
